I have the three plugins PMP + WP affilate manager + the addon integrtion PMP WP affilate manager.
At the past it was work the affilate commsion when they register and buy my course with paypal in my website.
Now everytime is was work but most of the time.
But now it is not work at all.

ModeratorHi do you have the latest version the plugins and add-ons you mentioned above?
What has changed in your website before this issue started?
Can you enable debug mode and check the log file?Thank you

ParticipantAll the three plugins last version always. I dont do any change and the debug is enable and i see the log file is tell me that he doesnt see that someone with the cookie wp affilate i think somthing like this.

ParticipantThe last try i register with PMP its didnt write any thing in the log files.
But somthing like week ago i did another try and in the log file present:[08/29/2015 4:35 PM] – SUCCESS : Paid Membership Pro Integration – handling pmpro_updated_order hook
[08/29/2015 4:35 PM] – SUCCESS : Paid Membership Pro Integration – payment_type: PayPal Express, status: success, txn_id: number…_2015-08-29, amount: 25
[08/29/2015 4:35 PM] – SUCCESS : Paid Membership Pro Integration – Tracking data is not present. This is not an affiliate salethis is have real number in the log file: txn_id: number
What is the problem? why it is not tracking the sales?

ModeratorHi, if you did not update or upgrade any plugin or theme then something else is causing this issue. Ask PayPal to check your account in regards to this issue. Did your host make any changes to your server? You might like to ask them as well.

ParticipantI update all my plugins, what do you mean update theme do you mean wordpress? so my WP is the last version. what can paypal check in my account about this issue what i need to ask them? or which changes the server can do?
