Email referencing the affiliate when a purchase is made

I am using WP affliates plugin with Woo commerce. Woocommerce sends an email every time an order comes in but does not reference which affiliate the order came through. Is there a way to reference in the email which affiliate referred a specific customer/order. Or can the plugin email the administrator to let them know a certain affiliate received an order?
