ParticipantHello,
On my site I am using Caldera Forms + Braintree processor to process purchases. The WP Affiliate Manager plugin is preventing the payments from submitting! (with plugin deactivated it works, with plugin activated it doesn’t work).
I get an error message saying “amount is an invalid format” from my payment processor. The WP Affiliate Manager must be altering something that my payment processor doesn’t like… can you please look into this for me?
When I run JS console I don’t get any errors.
Thank you!

KeymasterHi, I have replied to your post here: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/forums/topic/add-form-submission-run-action-on-caldera-forms/
Have you added any new code that might be causing this issue? If so please send us the full code via contact form so we can investigate it.

ParticipantThis is a separate issue from my other post (although maybe it’s related?).
I have not added any code. It has not worked properly since I installed it.
What specific files can I provide that might help you figure this out?
Thank you!

ParticipantI don’t know if this helps, but I found the error code on the Braintree developers page that is coming up when I use the WP Affiliate Manager plugin:
It is Transaction error code 81503

KeymasterWell, Affiliates Manager doesn’t have any integration with Braintree. So this error will only occur if there is a conflict with the form plugin. Are you doing purchases in sandbox mode? If so please provide a link so I can do a test transaction and check for errors in my console.

ParticipantThat would be great! I have applied Sandbox settings. I will send instructions in your contact form. Thank you.

ParticipantPlease let me know when you have completed testing so I can go back to live mode. I appreciate the help!
