Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › Affiliates accept terms when they register but they can't login
Tagged: login issues
My affiliates accept the terms when they register but, once their login and password is emailed and they try to login, they keep getting redirected to the Store Affiliates page and they can’t access creatives or any other affiliate information. In the system, it states that they haven’t accepted the terms even though they have.
I have my affiliates approved and I have debug turned on but I’ve also tried it with it off and there’s no change. The emails go out successfully so there aren’t any problems there.
I’ve been trying to figure this out all day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, Do you have any other membership or e-commerce plugin that allows the user to login to your site (via WordPress login)?
Hello. This is smudged. For some reason, my login credentials wouldn’t work so I made a new account. I do use woocommerce but not to login to my wordpress.
Can you login with affiliate credentials when WooCommerce is deactivated?
Affiliates can’t login.
What error do you get? All affiliates are actually WordPress users. So they should be able to login even if affiliates manager is deactivated.
I don’t get an error.
when a customer or visitor fills the affiliate registry and it’s approved
the login information send by wp affiliate to the new affiliate is not (no such user) recognize the by the affiliate login area it jumps to wordpress login area.
but when i enter the a new affiliate through the back-end and the affiliate enters the login information generated by wpaffiliate in the affiliate login area it works.
