I applied a payout to one of my affiliates and the plugin shows that it was confirmed, but I do not have any record of it in my paypal account and she has not received any payment in her paypal account. The transaction was processed today. Is it immediate or does it take some time for the payment to show?

Hi, Did you send the payout using PayPal MassPay?

No, I’ve tried to mass pay several times and it didn’t work … the last time it said something about my account not having the ability to perform that action. I did some research and discovered that Paypal policies have changed and they don’t allow mass pay options for the most part. I would be very happy if this wasn’t accurate but I can’t get mass pay to work. So I used manual payment.

Hi, If you use manual payout you will need to manually send the payment to the affiliate. Affiliates manager doesn’t automatically get notified of how/when you made the payment.

Ok, but when I try to use Paypal via mass pay, I get this error message:

PayPal rejected your mass payment. Error details:

    Code: 10329
Message: We’re sorry, but your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager.
    Severity: Error

It’s a PayPal API. So if it’s not enabled on your PayPal account, affiliates manager cannot use that API to send a mass payment.
