Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › Affiliate registration isn't working
If I try to register when logged in (as any user), nothing happens. It just goes back to the registration page with no errors, but no application is submitted.
There is no field showing for the email although the page says: “This is the email address associated with your currently logged in WordPress user account.
If you want to use a different email address, log out of your WordPress account then try a new registration.”
and if I click on the Terms and Conditions nothing happens.
If I try to register when not logged in I get the error “ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.”
I can add an affiliate manually, but then they don’t get the right email giving login information.
I have disabled all but a few plugins such as backup, super cache and wooCommerce itself and I still can’t get it to work.
Hi, Please provide a link to your registration page so I can take a look.
It’s at http://visualsbydi.com/affiliate-home/affiliate-register/
Thanks
Thanks. It looks like there are some JavaScript errors on that page:
jscripts.php:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) @ jscripts.php:1
autoptimize_dd0f2a5….js:5 (http://visualsbydi.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamshield/js/jscripts.php)
(index):15 Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
autoptimize_dd0f2a5….js:79 GET http://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-KDD7Q7 (http://visualsbydi.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_dd0f2a568edc3981579beaee3c32ad40.js)
These errors are coming from other plugins. You can even debug JavaScript errors by yourself:
