Our largest earning affiliate suddenly has “inoperative,” displayed by his name when we go to “manage affiliates.” He is still showing as a current user, all of our promotional materials are on his site and he himself states that he has made no changes to his membership on our site.
What would have caused this? Will it affect his earnings and displays? How can it be corrected?
I have found nothing about “inoperative affiliate,” in the documentation, forum or online for the Affiliates Program.
Hi, There is no status in our plugin that says “inoperative”? Are you using the correct plugin?
Can you please provide a screenshot of the menu so I can take a look?
