Hi, Do you have the “MassPay API” enabled in your PayPal account? Have you checked to make sure that your credentials are correct?
I didn’t see that in the documentation so I don’t know how to do that. I tried using the Add Third Party Permissions using “MassPay API” and “MassPay” as the username and it comes back with error of invalid username.
The credentials I used are correct. I copied and pasted them.
I contacted PayPal. My Mass Pay is enabled and I’m still getting an error message.
PayPal rejected your mass payment. Error details:
Code: 10002
Message: Security header is not valid
