Event organiser refferal

Hi

I have a event ticketing site and below is a scenario of how i’ll like an affiliate plugin to work. Please advise your plugin can work or be customisable to work in my situation.

Scenario:

Affiliate refers an event organiser to my site – event organiser registers on my site, starts selling tickets to his event from my site – affiliate gets paid for every ticket bought (i use woocommerce).

So the idea here is to track who referred an organiser then reward them for every ticket the organiser sells.
