    Hi,

    I would like to be able to setup the plugin so with each referred purchase affiliates will earn one of two commission rates depending if this is a brand new customer or not:

    1) Rate generated by a new customer that is making their first purchase. This would be a higher percent, say 5%

    2) Rate generated by a returning customer that has purchased before. This would be a lower percent, say 2%

    Any suggestions on how this could be done? I would use the email address to determine whether it is a new customer or a returning one.

    Hi, Unfortunately this feature is not available in our plugin. Which e-commerce plugin are you using to process the sales? Do we offer integration with it?

    I’m using WooCommerce. Is there a hook that runs when the fees are calculated so I could use a plugin? Or can I create an override?

    The plugin already listens to a hook triggered by WooCommere when a new order is received. So you will need to make the customisation in our WooCommerce integration code.
