ParticipantHi! I’ve seen this issue on here a few times and couldn’t seem to find a solution so I figured I’d repost. After an affiliate logins, it takes them back to the homepage, which says, ‘if you’re an affiliate login here.’ After clicking back to the login page again, it says the affiliate is logged in, displays their email and the wordpress gravatar symbol. After logging out and trying to log in again, the process repeats itself.
The affiliate shows up as an affiliate in the “My Affiliates” tab and I also changed their status to an affiliate in the wordpress “Users” tab. I also have debug enabled. The only plugin that I think might be affecting the login is Woocommerce, but the process is the same when I disable woocommerce. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

KeymasterHi, Do you have a test affiliate account that I can use to investigate this issue?

ParticipantI am having the same difficulty. Also, when I accept a test affiliate I am not getting the Agreement sent for signature.

ParticipantSure thing. Here’s an affiliate account
Login: [email protected]
Password: k0hxEnxj8w(8
Login Page: http://www.southwesternrugsdepot.com/affiliate-home/affiliate-login/Thanks for taking a look into this Shadow Labs. Other than this issue, I’m loving the plugin!

KeymasterThanks. There are some kind of issues here. When I click on the login button it does something dynamically via ajax. When I then go back to the login page it doesn’t show that I’m logged in. After a couple of refresh it shows that I’m logged in. But the homepage still shows the normal message. That means the plugin is not recognising that I’m logged in.
Can you please switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g Twenty 16) to see if this issue persists?

ParticipantYeah, it does the same thing with the Twenty Sixteen theme.

KeymasterTry deactivating one plugin at a time temporarily to see which one is causing this issue. Start with the membership/ecommerce/user management type plugin first.

ParticipantOk. I figured it out. At first, I tried deactivating all of the plugins one at a time. That didn’t seem to solve it so reactivated them and then completely uninstalled the Affiliate Manager plugin. After I downloaded it again, it works!
Pretty sure deactivating the plugins was unnecessary, but who knows. I noticed that it now directs me to /affiliate-home-2/ since it made another copy of the affiliate pages. So maybe that’s why it works now?
Anyway, thanks for the help Shadow Labs!

ParticipantI am trying to uninstall and reinstall as per above, and it won’t even let me uninstall to do that!

Participantjust figured out the uninstall/reinstall and now it does not send the email confirming application has been successfully submitted.

Keymaster@DMDF161948, This is not really an issue in the plugin. Please enable debug in the settings and do a test signup afterwards to see if the email was successfully sent by the plugin:
