ParticipantHello Support Team,
I’ve just used WP Affiliate Manager plugin, and it looks good so far. How can I check the affiliate link status when a product completely purchased by a customer (complete payment)? Currently I can see the status reported by adding product to cart e.g. “&wpam_id=1&add-to-cart=8”
Thanks for providing good plugin!

KeymasterHi, Which integration option are you using?

ParticipantHello Shadow Labs,
I’m not sure if I understand your question about integration option. I’ve just installed WP Affiliate Manager plugin, I created some creatives, then created a user to test “Register”, “Affiliate Login” and “Store Affiliates”. Then I came to the “Click Tracking”, I can see the report. I’m expecting to see the “Referring URL
” when a product purchased but I don’t see at the moment. And typically I want to see a report when a product purchased from a referring URL. I’m using WooCommerce for product management. I think it’s possible, isn’t it?Thank you!

KeymasterThere are two things here. Click tracking and sale tracking. Click tracking feature is built into the plugin. However, Affiliates Manager can’t award commission unless you use an e-commerce plugin to process the sale. It also needs to be a plugin that we offer integration with:
If you use WooCommerce you don’t have do any additional setup. This integration is built into the plugin:
When a commission is recorded it will appear under the “Commissions” menu. You will also see a purchase record under the affiliate profile who referred the sale.
If the commission is not getting tracked, please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and do a test transaction afterwards so we can investigate this issue.
Is “WooCommerce for product management” an extension or are you referring to the core WooCommerce plugin?
