Addon options for the wonderful plugin

Hi,

I have three questions with scenarios for referral payout method or should I say wishlist for the plugin.

1) Is there a way we can calculate and display the referral amount for Pay per visit (as in PPV text-ads), where referrals will paid out according to the number of unique visits generated from their affiliate link?
e.g Referral Payout = No.of Unique visits x cost per visits

2) Is there a way to calculate referral amount for Ad impressions so that it can be used for CPM based ad monetsation for affiliates?
Referral Payout = No.of impressions x cost per impressions

3) Is it possible to add different payout options other than Paypal, I mean I do not use paypal for woocommerce. So can I use my preferred payment receipt method as the commission payout method?

I might consider them as addon, or if you could guide me I could try to work on the options.
