    Hi,

    I have the WP manager plugin installed with OptimizeMember. I purchased the OptimizeMember integration but it does not seem to work.

    On my main page, I have the default buttons generated by optimize member and yet every time i make a purchase under an affiliate link, it does not show any purchases for that affiliate.

    I have looked at your documentation and there’s nothing there.

    I performed 3 purchases and enabled debug, below are the results:

    [11/04/2016 12:13 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.
    [11/04/2016 12:13 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.
    [11/04/2016 12:15 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.
    [11/04/2016 12:15 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.
    [11/04/2016 12:20 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.
    [11/04/2016 12:20 AM] – SUCCESS : OptimizeMember Integration – notification received.

    It seems its recognizing a purchase, but it does not assign in to the affiliate.

    Is there anything I can do? Please help.

    One more thing. The item i have for sale is under a specific post / page.

    Under API notifications, in specific post integrations this is what is shows:

    https://mindbodyhairnow.com/?wpam_optimizemember=1&wpam_tracking=%%cv1%%&sale_amt=%%amount%%&txn_id=%%txn_id%%

    is this correct?

    Hi, That looks alright. Do you have the debug option enabled? If not please enable debug and do a transaction afterwards. Send us the content of the log file via contact form so we can investigate this issue:

    I also am having the same problem this poster has regarding “WP Affiliate Purchase Tracking Not Working”. My log (below) shows that I have 43 affiliate signups since I began accepting affiliates on 9-19-16.

    I am aware of 6 or 8 online sales/donations processed through our website via PayPal and via an affiliate link. None of these sales/donations show up on our log and my affiliates are asking why their sales/donations are not showing up.

    I’ve tried to find the answer on my own and I have no idea at all.

    Can anyone please help?

    @captntom, There is no purchase record in the log file. Are you also using the OptimizeMember integration?
