Affiliate Fee – Affiliate Referral Commission

We are a charity. We want to pay a New Affiliate Referral Commission to inspire our Affiliates to send new Affiliates to us. Is there a way we could charge… for example… A $10.00 Affiliate Signup Fee and award $5.00 per paid Affiliate signup to the referring Affiliate and retain the other $5.00 as a donation to our charity. We want to do this in addition to paying an affiliate commission on donations to our charity. We are using WP Affiliate Manager along with WP eStore and Affiliates Manager WP eStore Integration. We also would like to capture a business EIN or a person’s social security number when they signup as an Affiliate for tax purposes when we issue a IRS Form 1099 at the end of each year. Is there any way to do this?
