    Hi, i am using WPAM & easy digital downlad, my affiliate put a link on his site exp: (www.myWebSite.com/xxx/wpam_id=1) we make diffrent tests when some one click on this link and purchase a product some times 30% credited on his account some time don’t i didn’t found any reason why this is don’t work, can some one help me please ?

    @omar37, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and run some test transactions afterwards so we can investigate this issue. You can provide a link to the log file via our contact form:

    Yes the debug option was enabled and i got a SUCCESS result but the credit account of my affiliate doesn’t change at all.

    affiliate commission needs to be awarded.
