I added a test affiliate (used one of my other email addresses) just to see if everything was working. I received the approval email with my login details, but when I go to login, i get the following error:

    Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.

Hi, The login functionality in our plugin is controlled by WordPress (similar to login via /wp-admin or /wp-login.php page). So you either have a plugin that is modifying the default login functionality or it’s coming from some security check configured in your server.

..I just created a test WP site and install the WP Affiliate Manager plugin there, I have no extra plugins except WP Affiliate Manager, and still when somebody signs up to become an affiliate he receives the email with user name and password, and when he goes to the login page, and click login he gets this msg:

    “Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.”

So it’s not about the plugins..
Also I tested in different servers..and still the same problem?

So I’m a little bit confused now, what should I do? I’m getting a bit frustrated with this!
    Pls help!

..Question. Is it because my website is hosted under WealthyAffiliate.com?

@Alex2017, Does this site offer web hosting? This error is not coming from our plugin. So there must be something configured in the server that is triggering this security check.
