What is the right way to reinstall this plug in if the pages were not created?
And is this an issue with the Divi them (Elegant Themes)?

Thank you Shadow Labs!I was able to follow the above directions, and then add the Short Code where I wanted the form to be on the already-created and nicely formatted page.
Ugh! Formatting is U-G-L-Y, or lack thereof.
If it had created the page, was there better formatting?
Do you have any examples of css coding that looks more like a Contact7 form?
AND — How do I change the order of the information?
