    What is the right way to reinstall this plug in if the pages were not created?

    And is this an issue with the Divi them (Elegant Themes)?

    I wish this worked with Contact 7 – I’d be done already!!

    I was able to follow the above directions, and then add the Short Code where I wanted the form to be on the already-created and nicely formatted page.

    Ugh! Formatting is U-G-L-Y, or lack thereof.

    If it had created the page, was there better formatting?

    Do you have any examples of css coding that looks more like a Contact7 form?

    AND — How do I change the order of the information?
