Hello,
I have installed the plugin, activated it, created my affiliate links and tested. None of my links are tracking when someone purchases a product in my shopping cart. Website is bradsidesacademy.com/shop Is there something else I need to do? I used the Affiliate link to buy (But it doesn’t stay the same when the user checks out. It goes back to the normal link). Please advise?
Hi, Which integration option are you using?
WooCommerce integration is actually built into the plugin. Did you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings before doing a test affiliate purchase? If not please do so and run a test transaction so we can check the log file. Please note that the commission will only get rewarded when the order status goes to a “processing” or “completed” state.
Please send a link to your log file via contact form so we can take a look.
Did we get any resolution to this issue? I am only asking because I appear to have a similar issue with WooCommerce sales not being assigned to affiliates for commission.

@Hornet25, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and do a test affiliate transaction afterward so we can check the log file.
@shadowlabs, No I do not. I am running version 3.0.7 of WooCommerce and version 2.4.6 of WP Affiliate Manager
@Hornet25, The integration is working fine. The affiliate account in question was not active. That’s why no commission was rewarded for the purchase. Please send us the log file via contact form once you have run a test transaction.
