ParticipantIn Settings / Messaging, there is a message for an email after an Affiliate is approved. Unfortunately, the actual email message sent is completely different. It says:
“New affiliate registration for MySite: has been approved!
Log into the site with your existing account and get started.”
Similarly, the Affiliate Registration page has a section for the Affiliates Homepage Message. It reads nothing like the actual homepage message, which says:
“This is the affiliates section of this store. You are not currently an affiliate of this store. If you wish to become one, please apply.”
Please let me know how to fix this.

KeymasterHi, Are you viewing that page when logged in as a WordPress user (example: admin)?

ParticipantI was. So when I view it as a non-logged in user, it does show the correct message.
So what about the emails? When a new affiliate is approved it still sends out a message that is not listed anywhere on the Settings / Messaging tab. I have tried letting it send out the default message, and I tried letting it send out a customized message.
How can I fix this?
Thanks, Richard

KeymasterAll the email templates are working fine as far as we are concerned. Please use the contact form to get in touch so we can investigate this issue on your site.

ParticipantI am having the same issue. It leaves a blank where the shop name should be, and does not match the default text specified in the plugin, and changes do not impact this email. There are blanks in the email subjects, as well, where I assume shop names should be.
Under Affiliates > Settings > Messaging> application approved email, the text shows as:
Your affiliate account for the Romantic Recollections Affiliate Program has been approved!
Username: {affusername}
Password: {affpassword}
Login URL: {affloginurl}Please log into your account to get referral code.
However, the actual email that arrives shows:
New affiliate registration for : has been approved!Log into the site with your existing account and get started.
