ParticipantI’m testing the log in process so I can tell affiliate partners how it works.
Once logged in.. it takes me to the Home page of my website.. and not the affiliate home page as I’ve chosen (which I’ve designated in advanced settings). If I go to the Affiliate Home page and log in again.. I don’t get any Portal page, but simply my website’s home page. So I’m never able to find out where the partner is directed. How does the affiliate get to the page where Creatives are chosen and code is grabbed?
Also, when clicking on the link in the New Affiliate email confirmation to go to View Application.. it redirects me to the Website’s home page instead. So I never get to my account application page.

KeymasterHi, The plugin is supposed to redirect you to the affiliate homepage. You may have some other plugin installed that is automatically redirecting you to the homepage of your site. Please deactivate one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue.

ParticipantHi Shadow Lab,
Mine have Paid Membership Pro and after login the user(affiliate) will be redirected to Paid Membership Level page. Do we have solution for this?

Keymaster@jgaureo, WordPress is extensible. Any plugin can override the default WordPress login functionality with action hooks/filters. If Paid Memberships Pro has a filter to automatically redirect every user (who logs into your site) to a particular page, there is nothing our plugin can do. We have tried to design our login process the best way possible – Redirect a user to the affiliate homepage only when they log in from the affiliate login page. We don’t apply any global redirection that can conflict with another plugin or break its functionality.

Participant@Shadow Lobs, I understand, thanks for the explanation. Yes I already resolved this issue.
