ParticipantHi, I have set up on my website the affiliate manager plugin as well as the simple membership plugin. I want my members to receive a small commission everytime someone buys a membership on my site. I have tested this out. My site does track the clicks on the affiliate links just fine however, when someone make a purchase, their referrer is not credited. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Keymaster@Dreamania, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? Did you create this button in the payments menu of the Simple membership plugin?

Participant@shadowlabs My log file do not record anything after payment. Here is the WPAM log file

However, the log file for Simple Membership Plugin is recording the payment without errors.

KeymasterThat doesn’t sound right. When you click on a test affiliate link, does it get tracked in the plugin? Have you installed and activated this integration addon?

ParticipantYeah this (affiliates-manager-simple-membership-integration.zip) is the plugin that I installed. The Affiliates manager plugin does track clicks just fine. For some reason, Simple Membership is not telling Affiliate manager when someone made a purchase. I did make my payment button through the simple membership menu.

ParticipantOkay, so i just hired someone to help me to figure out what’s wrong. He said that the reason why Affiliates Manager is not giving commissions for payments is because I am using the Simple membership payment button that I created in the simple membership plugin to accept payments. He said that for it to work, I have to create a payment button from the paypal website and accept payments that way. This don’t sound right to me. Is he right

ParticipantI have the same issue, using stripe. I have AM up and tracking with stripe payments, but it will not track simple membership.
I have tried deactivating/uninstalling AM and SM with no change.December 5, 2017 at 4:05 am #3202Shadow Labs
KeymasterWe have updated our simple membership integration so it works with Stripe. Please update the addon and see how it goes.

ParticipantHey, I am having this same issue and have not found a solution yet.
Affiliates Manager is tracking my clicks, but none of my affiliates are receiving commissions for the clicks they brought to the site.

ParticipantHey I solved this by reinstalling the Affiliates Manager Simple WordPress Integration Plugin and creating new Simple Membership buttons
