[Support request] Display error when registering for affiliate

Hello, when an existing SWM user signs up as an affiliate and submits their application, The screen reloads and the ’email address’ turns red as if it is invalid.

Even though it turns red after being submit, the registration completion email still is sent to the user, and the affiliate is accepted into the database.

For example: In the image shown above, even though the email address became Red after submitting application, The affiliate was still created successfully.

So the problem I am experiencing is that the ‘Submit Application’ button does not properly display that the registration has been submitted successfully.
