ParticipantHello Team,
I just installed “WP Affiliate Manager” few days ago and was testing with creating a dummy affiliate manager ID. Although I can see the application coming in my word press admin area but can not see the automatic email from affiliate manager for registration in inbox or spam. I did a solution for this in an another thread but it asks to temporarily deactivate all other plugins. as of now I have updated all the product information in my woocommerce and do not want to rework everything there so can you please help me with this. as I come from non coading background so little concerned with deactivation path.
Please help.
thanks

KeymasterHi, Did you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings?

ParticipantHello,
Yes the debug option is checked in settings, is there anything else I should do so it works fine.
Also I wanted to know is there a way to get username and password of any affiliate registered on my website.
Thanks,

KeymasterDo a test registration and check the log file afterward. It should tell you whether a confirmation email was sent to the affiliate successfully.

ParticipantHello ShadowLabs,
Thanks for your help!!!
This worked out for me and I can see the mail function working now.
I just need one more help(which I mentioned in my above message as well), if any of my affiliate misses the pass word or username, is there a way can get that information from my WordPress admin and provide them manually over email or call?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Regards,

KeymasterThere is a “Lost Password?” link on the login page which allows an affiliate to retrieve the password.
