[Support request] No Tracking data present

I have Affiliate Manager, Simple Membership, and the integration all running on my site. Have setup a test affiliate link on an external site and am using it to test. I’ve gone through the entire process and while it all works properly on the front end, no commission is ever recorded.

I have tried:

• Turning off all but these 3 plugins
• Switching from Divi to Twenty Fifteen
• Deleting and recreating affiliate
• Made sure T&C were checked on the affiliate registration form

Below is what I’m getting in the debug log:

[01/11/2018 12:13 AM] – SUCCESS : Simple Membership Integration – Payment completed hook fired. Custom field value: (removed)
[01/11/2018 12:13 AM] – SUCCESS : Simple Membership Integration – No Tracking data present. No Need to track affiliate commission.

Anyone with similar issues? Do you know the fix or a solid next step for troubleshooting?
