ParticipantHi. How do I add a subscription that someone has purchased to someone affiliate account.
Eg. Someone has purchase without using a affiliate link.
I need to assign this subscription purchase to someones affiliate account.

ModeratorHi, is the person you wish to pay the commission too is already an affiliate member? Or is this someone you simply would like to pay the commission too because you know they recommended your product?
Kind regards

ModeratorHi, there is an option to manually pay a commission to an affiliate. This is located under Affiliates -> Commissions -> Manual Commission. Have you tried this feature yet?

ParticipantI did look at this section but it looks like a one off commission. I need to be able to assign a subscription to an affiliate so that they continue to get commission for the life of that subscription.
manually pay a commission to an affiliate does the system know that this is a subscription and continue to pay them commission each month?

ModeratorHi, I understand what you mean. However in regards to the following comment.
Eg. Someone has purchase without using a affiliate link.
As far as I know, the only way to pay the above commission is manually.
Are you currently using the following plugin WooCommerce as well.

ParticipantYes I am using WooCommerce and also the WooCommerce Affiliate plugin.
So if I manually add someone’s subscription number to a registered affiliate they should get commission for the life of that subscription. Is that right?

ParticipantI am still having trouble trying to apply a subscription to an excising affiliate account. I have tried manually adding a subscription to someones account but each time the subscription renews each month it is not applying the commission.
Are you able to please provide me with a procedure on how to do this.

ParticipantThanks for the quick reply
The problem I am haivng is adding a subscription customer to an excisting Affiliate account.
I have one or two affiliate that are using printed marketing posters and each time someone from there town joins my site and buys a subscruption I need a way to credit that affiliate for the sales. So the customers is not using an affiliate link they are just going to my home page and then purchasing a subscription and I need a way to connect that sales of the subscription to an excisting affilate account and then have the commiossoin continue to be paid months as per the subscription.

ParticipantAnother way to think about this is. I have people NOT using links that I need to credit there sales to an excising affiliate. So I need to be able to manually add a subscription from a sales that the customer did not us a link.
