problem when making payment with massive paypal, help:

PayPal rejected your mass payment. Error details:

Code: 10329
Message: We’re sorry, but your PayPal account is not currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager.
Severity: Error

Hi, The error message actually explains what the issue is. PayPal MassPay is a PayPal API that allows you to send payments to multiple recipients. If it’s not supported in your PayPal merchant account, the plugin can’t really do anything about it.
