    Hey there. I created some creatives for affiliates to post. I had some of them post the creative but the image shows the featured image of the page instead of the ad image? This has been only tested on facebook, as this is my main social media outlet at the moment I need the images to show up properly. Please advise on how to get the image I selected for the creative to show up instead of the featured page image of the link.

    yes. I have uploaded the image successfully to my media library. It shows up correctly when the affiliate logs in and looks at the creative ad. When my affiliate copys and pastes the creative link into his facebook, the image switches from the creative ad image to the featured page image of the url link.

    Any way to fix this?

    Hi, have you updated the plugin to the latest version 2.5.7? If you haven’t can you update the plugin. Then carry out another test and report back.
