Hello, i have installed the plug-in and set it up per your documentation. I have run 3 tests on an affiliate link to see if the payout would show up in earnings. But after 3 different tests, with 3 different accounts in different browsers, no earnings or payout is showing up for my affiliate. I am using WooCommerce.

Hi, please check the following documentation. You will see a list of WooCommerce addons, do you have any of the WooCommerce addons installed in your site?

I do not. Although there is a premium add-on I’d be interested in if I could get the AffiliatesManager plug-in to work.

Hi, can you enabled Debug mode. Then carry out another test. Once you have completed the test, can you check the log file.

    Report back with any findings.

    Thank you

@americansurvivalco, According to the log file, the plugin was not able to retrieve any referrer ID from the order. Did you use any affiliate link for a test purchase? If so please share it so we can check it.

Thanks. I just tested the link that you shared. It looks like the cookie for tracking a purchase is not getting set. Can you please deactivate one plugin at a time to see if it’s a plugin conflict?

Hi, I have the same problem. When a visitor open the site with a creative link the system tracks the visit only in the landing page asociated with. But, if the user abandon this page, the URL part to asociate the visitor with the affiliate e.g. “?wpam_id=1” dissapear, and loss the next steps in purchase and don’t related the referral to the purchase, in consecuence, the affiliate don’t recive the reward. ¿What can I do? I don’t see any special setting in documentation about it. That’s maybe a failure between the Affiliates Manager and WooCommerce plugins. Or maybe are a problem with permalinks settings. ¿How to solve it? Thanks. 🙂
