Commissions not being created – woo commerce

I am using WP Affiliate Manager with Woo Commerce on my new business blog site. I am receiving orders and being made approached by both affiliates and customers who are asking if so and so got credit for this order. When I check, no affiliates are receiving credit for orders. I tried to go in and put in a manual adjustment and the screen goes gray and won’t save the adjustment.

Can someone please help me?
