ParticipantI wanted to know if any of the activation process that can be overridden? Our New Affiliates are having problems with the activation process. As simple as the developer might have intended this to be, 1, Click – Review Terms & Get Started. 2. Click – Agree to Terms; 3. Select PayPal Transfer, Enter Your PayPal Email Address, Click – Submit Payment Details, seems to be over looked by 60% plus of new affiliates and is causing us a lot of tech support time.

ModeratorHi, please check the following documentation.
Let me know which part of the above documentation are you finding issues with?
Thank you

Keymaster@support-cbd, Are you using the “automatic approval” option?

ParticipantThank you, yes I am very familiar with the documentation. The standard approval email suggested that the new affiliate could log in to their account and begin using the dashboard without further action from them. It seems once they login for the first time and if they skip the three step process, logging in the second time does not present the same options, starting with Click – “Review Terms & Get Started”. So we have opted to delete the account and ask them to begin the application process over. For what ever reason 40% of our new Affiliates are having problem with over looking the activation process. To help with this issue, we have recently modified the approval email with greater details on how to activate their account. Is it possible that the Admin could over ride this and activate it for a new affiliate?

ParticipantNo, we are not using the Auto approval since it most likely would not address the activation process issues our new affiliates are having.

Keymaster@support-cbd, If you are using the manual approval, an affiliate must review the terms and select a payout method before they can access the dashboard. So I’m not sure how they were able to skip it. Please use the contact form to get in touch so we can investigate it:

ParticipantI will submit this via the premium support as we are a licensed customer. It seems that some of the new affiliates do not see the link to review the terms and try to by bypass the process. Then when they log back in the Review Terms & Get Started link is no longer presented.

ParticipantI am having this exact same problem with my website. I can’t see the solution to this problem on this thread. Can someone please post it here?
