Hi,
is it possible to edit html layout of registration, login and affiliate home?
Also is it possible to send email notifications (for example affiliate_application_submitted_email) with HTML content?

Unfortunately at present there is no options available in the plugin to achieve that. If you are a developer then you might be able to customize the code for your site.

Also is it possible to send email notifications (for example affiliate_application_submitted_email) with HTML content?

Have you tied adding HTML tags in the messages? Give this a try and let me know if you have any issues.

@al.s.katsaros, You can customize the content of the affiliate homepage message in the settings.

Unfortunately, HTML tags are not supported in the emails at the moment.
