I tested the site as an affiliate to see how the registration, login and emails were working. They aren’t showing the same messaging as your documentation is showing. I have the automatic approval set up in Settings.

    1. After I register, I see a message on the screen that says, “Thank you. Your registration is now complete. You can log into the affiliate area and begin promoting.” But there’s no link to direct me there and I’ve never received an email that is supposed to generate a password for me.

    2. When I go to the page to login, it says, “You are currently logged in” but I’m not directed to the dashboard and there’s no link to send me there either.

How are my new affiliates supposed to navigate this and find their link and creatives?

@pureeos, You can customize the message in the settings (Affiliates > Settings > Messaging).

    1. Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings. With debug enabled, you will be able to see whether a confirmation email is sent to the affiliate.

    2. The plugin automatically redirects to the dashboard when you log in from the affiliate login page.

    Shadow Labs,

I’ve had the debug enabled from the beginning and the plugin isn’t redirecting to the dashboard. What’s happening?

Now I’ve looked at both of the affiliate’s dashboards and I’ve had two purchases but they’re not showing on either dashboard. How is the plugin tracking the purchase? I didn’t see any documentation showing me that. They are purchasing through Paypal.

Ok, so I heard from one of my affiliates and she was able to find her email but she said it had a weird label on it. She’d already clicked on it so wasn’t able to take a screenshot. She said she could get to her dashboard. Not sure why I couldn’t but as long as it’s working for her that’s great.

So now my problem is that the plugin isn’t showing the conversions. Can you help me with that? As I mentioned above, it’s through Paypal. I already have the API setup for the payouts to the affiliates.
