Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress

I’m setting up my affiliate program. When I tested it out, I noticed that when a user tries to log into their affiliate account, they are rerouted to the main information page of my affiliate program instead of the Affiliate Portal. How do I fix this? Also, I do not see anywhere where I can configure the Affiliate Portal.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi, The affiliate homepage shows the dashboard when an affiliate is logged in. Do you have the pages set up correctly?
Thanks for responding! I think the problem is that I edited the affiliates main page via WP Bakery Pagebuilder, which changed everything. I tried to delete the pages. I then deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. For some reason, though, this is what is showing up now in Settings as my pages. Please see image
I have no idea where these trashed files are.
I appreciate your help. Thanks!
@studio747, You can check here: Pages > All Pages > Trash. After you have restored both pages, please make sure that their URLs are updated in the settings.
I am having this exact same problem. I think. After a user logins, they are rerouted to the login screen again. The user has to refresh the page in order to see their affiliate dashboard.
@Alex91ch, It’s not the same issue. Do you have caching enabled?
Thanks so much! That fixed the issue. I appreciate all of your help 🙂
My client is on GoDaddy and they have their own caching. I’ve already deleted the cache.
