[Resolved] New Affiliate Registered, and when Viewing Application it shows they were Approv

Hello,
I recently had a new affiliate sign up, and when I went to check their registration information, it showed their status as approved.

Is there a setting to ensure that new affiliates are not approved until their registration form is manually reviewed?

I do not want to have any issues where people are getting the opportunity to sell our products before they are properly vetted.
