    Hi,

    Just a quick question:

    Does the affiliate link are ‘normal’ ? When i first install the plugin, the link were:
    [http://www.homeoanimal.com?wpam_refkey=n2S-w7QEbpSkDBymHXK,G4lHnwq00000000000]

    Now, they are like this:
    [http://www.homeoanimal.com?wpam_refkey=01000000000000000000000000g00000000000]

    It seems weird because of all the 0

    And the first link is for a approve account, but even if I visit the website with the link on another computer, NO visit is record in the stats…

    Is that normal ?

    It looks weird. Have you made any custom modifications to the plugin? Do you get any error if you use one of those links?

    I had this at first
    ——————
    Affiliate ID: NULL

    affiliateRefKey = R60000000000000000000000000
    creativeId = 1
    reserved = 0

    WPAM FAILED: invalid refkey data.
    ——————

    Then after that, I have the webpage (homeoanimal.com) but it does not show the visit in the stats of the appropriate affiliate

    Matt 😉

    Delete this affiliate profile and create a new one. Do a test with the new affiliate. What happens with that?

    All the profiles are like this, even the one that your new plugin creates… Do you think I should delete everything, even the plugin and install it another time ?

    Ok, i created manually an affiliate, here is the url: [http://www.homeoanimal.com?wpam_refkey=0fTYR1jme7DdFPCZkXBwYz7EIYo00000000000]

    Seems great… so the problems seems to be with the autocreation…

    Or, i just see that this affiliate (wpam_refkey=0fTYR1jme7DdFPCZkXBwYz7EIYo00000000000) is already approve but the others are still in the applied mode. I dont want to approve one before i’m sure it’s ok

    I think that would be it. The account was not active. So the generated link returned a null value.
