    Hi, how can I change the Subject text in my email header and the sender email? Right know the sender appears as “WordPress”, I’d like to use my business email instead. Please see also this link https://drive.google.com/open?id=19tkhs7VnWq_CGcAAccSe6Z9LmiQ8xI2T Thanks for your support.

    @matho22, You can customize the From name and email in the affiliates manager settings.

    Can you please copy and paste the exact text that you are trying to customize so we can take a look and see if we offer some kind of option to customize it?

    Please see the screenshot here. I’d like to change the subject of this message. Right now my Affiliate sees on his email: “Affiliate Application for …….” I’d like to change it in “Partner Application for …….” Thanks for your support

    Will you answer me, or how long should I wait? What is so complicated? I just like to change the subject, that shouldn’t be rocket science, right? Still waiting.

    Some of the texts can only be customized by customizing the language file. The language file is what shows the user visible texts.

    The text you are wanting to customize comes from the language file. That language customization documentation shared with your earlier explains how you can customize your copy of the language.

    If that won’t work for you then you need to find a different plugin and use that.

    Hi, I think I know what the confusion is all about.

    You are trying to edit the words From: and Subject:, which are not part of our plugin. These words are part of the e-mail client software you are using. You might be using Outlook, Mail or other.

    Let me know if the above makes sense.
