ParticipantI know you ask users to identify the plugin causing a conflict, but that’s pretty difficult on a live site when the page at issue is the affiliate registration page at
https://shop.standardlegal.com/affiliate-home/affiliate-register/.(I haven’t figured out a way to be logged in and try to register at the same time.)
When a user completes that page then hits submit, nothing happens: no new user is created in WP, and the customer sees a blank white page.
Any ideas? Thanks…
P.S. I also use Affiliates Manager MailPoet Integration and Affiliates Manager WooCommerce Product Specific Commission. I have intentionally NOT updated WooCommerce to 3.9 to see if there might be more Woo plugin updates first…

Participant(BTW, I’m talking about using Site Health to turn off plugins one at a time, so as to not affect customer transactions. But that requires being logged in, which prevents testing a registration page.)

ParticipantSo I have WP Affiliate Manager installed on another site I run. I tested that aff reg page, and it worked. So I compared the plugins on the two sites and found: the conflict is with your own Affiliates Manager MailPoet Integration.
I’ll leave it turned off until you review…

Keymaster@afstandardlegal-com, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and try signing up for a test account so we can check the log afterward.

ParticipantI pointed out the exact conflict to you, and it’s one of your own plugins. So really, you should test and fix on your end now, and not use my site or have me do anything more…

Keymaster@afstandardlegal-com, We have just released an update to make our addon compatible with MailPoet 3. Please update the addon and let us know how it goes.
