    Hello!

    I would like to inquire if you can guide me to customize the affiliate registration form.

    1- How can I make the form full width & in the center of the page.

    2- I need to change this message (Please see screenshot). How can I do that?

    3- I need to customize submit button style.

    4- I need to change the font type & size of the form fields.
