    Commission does not get allocated to affiliates after the order has processed or has been completed. Please assist. I’ve enabled debug and here’s log

    [12/03/2021 8:02 PM] – SUCCESS : Email was sent successfully by WordPress
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Saving wpam_id (7) with order. Order ID: 282
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order processed. Order ID: 282
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Checking if affiliate commission needs to be awarded.
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order status: pending
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – NOTICE : WooCommerce Integration – Order status for this transaction is not in a ‘completed’ or ‘processing’ state. Commission will not be awarded at this stage.
    [12/04/2021 4:13 PM] – NOTICE : WooCommerce Integration – Commission for this transaction will be awarded when you set the order status to completed or processing.

    @Mapulerhoda1, The commission is rewarded when the order is in the “processing” or “completed” state.

    No, no- The commission does NOT get allocated after the order has been completed or processed, as it’s supposed to. I need HELP with that. The commission NEEDS to get allocated after processing or completing. What could be causing this problem and how do I fix it. thanks

    @Mapulerhoda1, According to the log, affiliates manager didn’t receive any notification when the order was processed or completed. Have you shared the full log file?

    Yes, the log just ends like that, nothing afterwards. All the transactions end like that. No allocation after the order has been completed or process.
