ParticipantCommission does not get allocated to affiliates after the order has processed or has been completed. Please assist. I’ve enabled debug and here’s log

ParticipantNo, no- The commission does NOT get allocated after the order has been completed or processed, as it’s supposed to. I need HELP with that. The commission NEEDS to get allocated after processing or completing. What could be causing this problem and how do I fix it. thanks

Keymaster@Mapulerhoda1, According to the log, affiliates manager didn’t receive any notification when the order was processed or completed. Have you shared the full log file?

ParticipantYes, the log just ends like that, nothing afterwards. All the transactions end like that. No allocation after the order has been completed or process.
