[Resolved] How to Limit Countries, Rearrange Form Fields and CSS

Hello,

Besides adding a New Custom Field is there a way to limit countries? Secondly, if there is not and I need to add a New Custom Field is there any simple way to rearrange the fields in the order I want rather than recreating the whole form again? Lastly, trying to add CSS to limit the gray in the Form Entry fields is there something I am missing as I cannot seem to override the User Agent Stylesheet?
