    Hi,

    When I do a test order based for an Affiliate number 16 with that kind of link : www.example.com/?wpam_id=16

    I’m realising the commission doesn’t show in the “Account Finances” of the Affiliate number 16. Instead, the commission is showing randomly to another affiliate (number 11).

    Can someone help me figure out why?

    @lgbt, Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings. The log file should show how each commission is being processed.

    Hi,

    I have enabled debug. What should I do now please? When clicking on the wpam-log.txt link, it redirects me to a blank page.

    @lgbt, You can reset the log and make a test purchase.

    @lgbt, The debug log option is for troubleshooting. The log file shows what the plugin is doing in the backend.
