ParticipantWhen my affiliates want to accept the x/payment, they always get “Error! Nonce Security Check Failed! Please submit your payment details again.” Any ideas? I feel helpless. In backend i have acceptes them but WP Affiliate Manager says they didn`s accept the conditions. But they are not able to.
Thank you very much in advanced.

KeymasterHi, There is an option in the settings to disable this check on the registration page (Affiliates > Settings > Advanced Settings > Enable Nonce Check During Affiliate Registration). We have extended this option to the payment details submission page. Please update the plugin and see how it goes.

KeymasterHave you updated the plugin? Do you have cached enabled on this site?

ParticipantWhen I activate it, I still get the same error message. When I disabled nothing happens. I stay on the page where I should confirm the payment method.

ParticipantOh, i forgot to say i updated the plugin today. I really don“t know what to do.
It fails at the point where the affiliate is supposed to confirm their payment terms.August 26, 2023 at 6:00 am #8599Shadow Labs

ParticipantHi, short question before. My client is using the free version. She should buy WP Affiliate Manager Plugin (Single Site) 39$ for this support. Right?

KeymasterWe are just going to take a quick look at the page where this is happening. You can purchase support later if it requires debugging.

ParticipantI think I found the problem. WPML also runs on the site. If I deactivate WPML, the customer can confirm the payment method and is activated.
So now I know how to work around the problem, but unfortunately it is not solved.August 31, 2023 at 4:05 am #8603Shadow Labs
KeymasterOur plugin doesn’t have an integration with WPML. We noticed another issue when we visited the affiliate login page. It was empty at first. After refreshing a couple of times the login form finally appeared.
