ParticipantHello Affiliate Manager team,
I am setting up a page with WooCommerce and want to use Affiliate Manager on there.
However, even though I disable all Plug-ins and revert to the theme “Twenty Twenty-Two” Affiliate Manager does not pick up the cookie in the browser. The “Visits” register correctly, but not the Purchases.
The cookie is in the browser I am testing with. (Have tested with both Chrome and Edge).
I also tested once with WooCommerce not in “testing mode”, but it still did not register the Purchase. This is the content of the Log File:
[08/26/2024 1:48 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order processed. Order ID: 2557
[08/26/2024 1:48 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Checking if affiliate commission needs to be awarded.
[08/26/2024 1:48 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Order status: completed
[08/26/2024 1:48 PM] – SUCCESS : WooCommerce Integration – Total amount: 58.31, Total shipping: 0, Total tax: 9.31, Fees: 0
[08/26/2024 1:48 PM] – FAILURE : WooCommerce Integration – could not get wpam_id/wpam_refkey from cookie. This is not an affiliate saleEverything else in the tool seems to be working though.
What am I missing?
Thanks in advance!

KeymasterHi, Are you using any third-party WooCommerce addons? There is no record of checkout in the log file. The cookie is checked when the user submits the order at checkout.

ParticipantHi! Thank you for the super quick response!
Aaarh, thanks a million for pointing me to this!!
I think I was using a checkout page that wasn’t supported Affiliate Manager. It still seemed like it was a page from WooCommerce, but I removed all the content on my Checkout page and replaced it with the shortcode “[woocommerce_checkout]”. Now the checkout is appearing in the log file, the purchase is registered in Affiliate Manager and everything is working!
