ParticipantHi I am using Affiliate Manager with Woocommerce. Works great except when I register a user, the email confirmation to them contains no username or password, simply the following message:
“New affiliate registration for Scottish Creations: has been approved!
Log into the site with your existing account and get started.”
Any ideas??

KeymasterDo you have the following email shortcodes/tags in the “affiliate_application_approved_email” email message?
Username: {affusername}
Password: {affpassword}
Login URL: {affloginurl}You can check all your affiliate email messages from the Settings -> Messaging interface of the affiliates manager plugin.

ParticipantHi I looked for that email message in settings but it does not seem to exist. These are the ones I can see:
affiliate_application_approved WEB
affiliate_application_declined WEB
affiliate_application_pending WEB
affiliate_application_submitted WEB
affiliate_application_submitted_email EMAIL
affiliate_application_declined_email EMAIL
aff_app_submitted_auto_approved WEBI added the shortcodes to the ‘aff_app_submitted_auto_approved WEB’ message as I have auto approve enabled but i don’t this is the right one as the message text is different.

ParticipantI have noticed something that might explain the issue but still not sure what is wrong. Whenever I register a new affiliate i get a very long error beginning with this:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘Attempt to load invalid message of name ‘affiliate_application_approved_email’
If you then try to register the same affiliat again, it send the confirmation email but minus the username and password. Any idea what is causing this error?

KeymasterYeah that is the issue. somehow the following message is missing from your install:
affiliate_application_approved_email EMAILDid you by any chance delete any of these messages? What happens if you delete the plugin then re-install?

ParticipantI have the same issue… Re-installation didn’t help.
That’s what i receive after registration:“New affiliate registration for Naturalook: has been approved!
Log into the site with your existing account and get started.”
And i have “affiliate_application_approved_email EMAIL”
but the content of this file is:“Your affiliate account for {blogname} has been approved!. Username: {affusername} Password: {affpassword} Login URL: {affloginurl} Please log into your account to get referral code.”
witch is completely different from what i receive after registration and no username or password.
here is the link to registration:

How can I change page style, because when I enter the info in the register form I don’t see the letters I enter, they are to big or the form is to small…[http://extensionscheveux.ca/affiliate-home/affiliate-register/]
Please help!
Thank youDecember 10, 2014 at 11:19 pm #408admin
KeymasterLooks like there is a small CSS conflict with your theme. I will need to investigate more on your site and apply a custom CSS tweak. Are you a premium user?
