Hi, Is it creating an affiliate account when you create a new WooCommerce user? Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings so you can see what the plugin is doing in the backend.

And what is it that you would like to achieve? What are you trying to do that does not work for you?

When someone buys something or create an woocommerce account, he or she automatically would have a affiliate account (with the same login/password).

As for the debug mode, when i open the file, says that the account was createad. But when i try to log in, it doesn’t connect…

@ericktavares, What sort of error message do you get? That the affiliate account doesn’t exist or the credentials are wrong?

Do you have the “Automatically Approve a new Affiliate” option enabled in the settings?

“Automatically Approve a new Affiliate” is ON

Once the account is created on the checkout, when the person tries to log in in the “AFfiliate Home”, the affiliate page says the person is not an affiliate and needs to apply.

Do you see the affiliate account under “My Affiliates”? Is the “status” set to “active”?

Is nowhere to be found in “My Affiliates”, checked all tabs.

That means the account was not even created.
