ParticipantHello, I have 2 questions:
1. How can an affiliate request a payment ? I did not see a button like “request payment”.
2. How can I integrate the tracking with the registration of a user on my website ? So what I want to track is the users that register on my website (paid registrations) and are sent by the affiliates. Can I do that ?August 26, 2014 at 5:38 am #211jolypip
ParticipantHi, i am having trouble making the registration form work.
Here is the link to our Affiliate registration http://818hi.com/affiliates/affiliate-register/
Whenever I fill in the info and submit, it doesn’t seem to send anything to the email registered and it doesn’t appear as a pending affiliate to moderate in my affiliates. I just get a blank form again and that’s it, as if the page reloaded but didn’t submit anything anywhere. What I’d like to fix is 1. the registration form sending an email to both affiliate and me (admin) for moderation and then once I moderate and approve, sending the affiliate his login and pw details.
Also, when I create an affiliate manually, I’d like him to receive his username and password for the login area, but it sends just this:
New affiliate registration for 818HI: has been approved!
Log into the site with your existing account and get started. But no login information at all.
Any idea of what I might have setup wrong?
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Phil, Do you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option checked in the settings area of this plugin?
Go to the “Messaging” tab in the settings menu. What value do you have for the “affiliate_application_approved_email” messsage?

ParticipantAny way to change the php code to allow for a radio button option to be used in the custom registration fields? (Not every question I want to ask an affiliate when they register is a text-field question.)
BTW, nice plugin. Thank you!

ParticipantHi.
We’ve installed and configured the free version of your plugin. In general we really like the plugin but feel it needs a few tweaks. I have a few questions …
1. Is there a difference between the paid and the free version? All the features seem to be the same.
2. There is no “log out” option for the affiliate once they have logged in
3. We want the affiliate to submit their banking details so that we can pay them via a simple bank transfer?
4. From the admin view you cannot see how many visitors are being referred by any of the affiliates. You can see the sales but not the amount of visitors sent via that affiliate. The only way to see this stat is by logging into the affiliates account which is not ideal. This stat is very important to see how well ads and affiliates are converting sales.
5. Admin payment notifications – we need a notification to let us know once an affiliate has reached their payment threshold. This will solve lots of admin time.
6. Affiliate view – When an affiliate logs in they can see everything at a glance which is perfect however I ran a test to see what happens if an order is cancelled and the commission reversed. The reversal can be seen under payment history ( again perfect ) but its not visible from the main affiliate dashboard view. We think its very important for this to show in the dashboard view maybe in the “this month” sectionWill any of these issues be sorted out with the paid version? if not, could you add them before we purchase and would there be additional costs?

Keymaster1) You (the admin of the site) determine when affiliates get paid. Most admins like to pay once a month. You can pay via Paypal mass pay option (there is an option to set it up in the plugin).
2) Which plugin are you using for the registration?

When I log in using Affiliate login details and go to the Overview link (Account Summary), the Closed Transactions count goes up by any number between 2 and 8 per sale. Any idea what may be causing this?

ParticipantHi,
I installed your Plugin, but it doesn’t work as it should.
To test it I created a Affiliate and some Creatives. When I click on the Creative it adds the refferer key to the Link as it should, but it’ll loose it as soon as the customer proceeds to the shopping cart.Did I miss something?
WP: Version: 3.9.3
Woocommerce: Version 2.1.12
WP affiliate Manager 1.8.0November 26, 2014 at 3:28 am #375admin
KeymasterIt is totally fine for the referrer ID to disappear afterwards. It is only needed on that very first click. Afterwards the plugin knows who the referrer is and it will give commission if the customer purchase the item.
