ParticipantHi, I’m having trouble setting up my first affiliate.
He’s trying to link from his page at [http://www.dyslexia-reading-well.com/dyslexia-treatment.html] to our homepage (not our shop) at [www.nessy.com/us]
He’s added the relevant HTML code to his page but when I click through from there and conduct a test purchase he isn’t earning any commission on the sale. Anything obvious I’m overlooking?

KeymasterDo you have the Affiliates Manager plugin installed in your WordPress install that is handling the following URL?
Do you have multiple WordPress installs in your domain by any chance?

ParticipantHi, thanks for getting back to me.
I’m told that our site nessy.com runs as a multisite (single install).
Our main pages are:
nessy.com/us
nessy.com/uk
I have Affiliate Manager activated on both, but I am trying to set up an affiliate only for the nessy.com/us landing page at this time.
I hope that helps?

ParticipantOh, and to answer your other question….
Do you have the Affiliates Manager plugin installed in your WordPress install that is handling the following URL?
Yes, it is installed on the WP dashboard that handles the nessy.com/us site.
When I go to my affiliate’s page and follow his link to our site, on the landing page I can see the relevant affiliate code (that he copied and pasted into his HTML) as part of the landing URL in the address bar, but when I then click on our shop from there and conduct a test purchase his earnings stay at $0.

KeymasterWe need to take a look inside your site to check the setup and see what the plugin is doing. Will it be okay for you to give us temporary admin access to the site? I will send you a private email for it.

ParticipantHi, can I ask a question about creatives?
I have an affiliate who wants two separate referral links for two different pages on his site so he can more closely monitor which page is generating the most clickthroughs. Whenever I add a new creative for this customer the resulting HTML is always the same. How can I provide him with a different referral code?

KeymasterThe code may look the same but it will be slighly different. Your affiliate can also create another account and then use the affiliate code from this new account on the other page.
