ParticipantHi I’ve recently installed your plugin on my site and am trying to test it as a new affiliate.
When I complete the form the page seems to refresh, but all the data entered in the form stays and does not clear. There is no email sent to confirm the registration and when I log in to check my affiliates it displays none.
The affiliate registration page is: http://realestatesites.website/affiliates/
The short is – it doesn’t register any affiliates.
Would you be able to test it and let me know if you have any solutions?
Thanks

ModeratorHi Craig, can you test the registration again. But this time make sure you enable Debug mode. Then once you have carried out a test, check the log files. Report back with any findings.
Thank you

ParticipantHi,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly – appreciate that.
I already had debug mode enabled, so I un-enabled it, saved, then re-enabled it, logged out and tried to register as a new affiliate.
I had the same outcome with trying to register – I completed all the required fields on the form, then completed the google recaptcha, then clicked submit. The page refreshed, but all the fields I completed still had the information I put in there in the fields. I then logged into the site and checked the affiliates, but there are no affiliates registered, there was no email sent to me as a “new affiliate” and on the wpam-log file, there is nothing.
I then disabled the recaptcha add-on and the registration worked perfectly. Have you come across this issue previously? It looks like there may be some sort of integration issue with the recaptcha? (It’s the one you have as an add-on to the affiliate plugin, so not any 3rd party one)
Hope this gives you something more to work with.
Regards,

ModeratorHi Craig, the information you provided does help a lot.
Just a few more tests please. Can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and the reCaptcha add-on. Then carry out another test. If that does not work then can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Fifteen, still have all the plugins deactivated except this one and the reCaptcha add-on?
I have a feeling the reCaptcha is clashing with either one of your other plugins or your theme.

ParticipantHi again,
I’ve gone through and deactivated all the plugins (except for affiliate manager and recaptcha) and had the same result – the form submission wouldn’t work.
I think you may be right that it’s clashing with the theme as i had no other plugins running.
The theme I’m using is Tesseract. Not sure if you can do much to fix this issue? I can provide you with a link to download the actual theme if you’d like to test it on your side.
At this stage, i’m guessing I’ll just have to run the site without the recaptcha.
FYI – I’m using CF7 with it’s in-built recaptcha and that is working fine on multiple forms and pages.
Please let me know any thoughts/ideas you might have.
Thanks

Kind regards

ParticipantHi,
I’ve downloaded the plug-in and have an affiliate registered on my site. I want to set the affiliate up to receive commission for specific product conversions. How do I accomplish this?
Thanks
