ParticipantHello,
when i log in with my administration account everything works well, but when i try to log in with a test account (Role=Affiliate), the plugin doesn´t redirect to the dashboard, but to the login/registration-overview. So my Affiliates have no chance to see the dashboard.
What can i do?
Thank you very much.
Best Regards

ParticipantHello,
thank you for your reply.
I´m sorry, but the Documentation can´t help me. I try the registration with the registration formular and manually. It´s the same problem with both ways. The User is activate as Affiliate and he is in my wordpress user list. When i log in with the ../affiliate-home/affiliate-login, the plugin redirect me to the ../affiliate-home. But here i don´t get the dashboard, but the registration/login-section (This is the Affiliate section of this store. If you are an existing affiliate…). So i have no chance to see the dashboard. When i go to my shop-account, i see that i´m logged in as WordPress User, but the Plugin just show me the registration/login-section, like i´m not logged in. But if i log in with my administration account, it works well.
Best Regards

ModeratorHi, that sounds a bit odd. Try the following, deactivate the plugin and delete it. Then install a fresh copy of the plugin. Sometimes reinstalling the plugin solves the issue. You will not loose any settings. But if you are worried that you might create a backup of your site before carrying out this action.

Keymaster@jgaureo, This is not an issue in the plugin. This happens when you have a plugin that automatically redirects the user to a different page. We let WordPress handle the login process. That means any plugin can override the functionality with action hooks/filters. You just need to find out which plugin is doing this by deactivating one plugin at a time.

Participant@Shadow Labs, I manage to resolve this issue. Thanks for the feedback.
